We are here for you. PERSPEKTIVA will help you find your way and succeed.
What we offer ⬇️
Individual consultations – we help you find a job and prepare for an interview
During individual consultations, you work with a social worker who has experience in the labor market and career counseling. Together, you will create an individual plan tailored to your situation and needs.
Support may include:
▫️ help with job search, CV writing and interview preparation,
▫️ advice on labor rights and contracts,
▫️ explanation of the tax system, authorities and starting a business (self-employment),
▫️ support with diploma recognition (e.g. for healthcare professions),
▫️ guidance in situations where an employer acts unfairly.
One consultation lasts approximately 60 minutes. The number of consultations is not limited – it depends on your needs. Online consultations are also possible.
Group activities
Job clubs
Group meetings focused on practical training for situations related to job searching.
You will try interviews, working with job ads, and communicating with employers.
They also include discussions with guests from different fields who share their professional experience.
Conversation club
An informal space for practicing Czech focused on work-related topics.
The meetings help expand vocabulary, practice speaking and feel more confident in everyday communication.
Held once a week, usually lasting 90 minutes.

The service is intended for people with legal residence in the Czech Republic who live in Prague and have free access to the labor market.
We do not require any personal documents – we are interested in your situation, not your papers.
